Choctaw Nation Awards Hill Top Storage with $5,000 Forgivable Loan

DURANT, Okla. – The Choctaw Development Fund awarded Hill Top Storage a $5,000 forgivable loan.

Hill Top Storage is a self-storage facility owned and operated by Jordan Garnica in Durant. Garnica opened the business in 2023, reviving part of her family’s former business, Hilltop Pawn, which included a storage facility, pawn shop, and rental facility.

Money from the Choctaw Development Fund was used to purchase a security gate, ensuring Garnica’s customers’ belongings are secure.
