Class-structured fitness, trained by a CF-L2 and USAW Sports Performance Coach. Each class is 1 hour long and includes a warm-up, strength, and main workout.
Monday thru Thursday: 5:00AM - 8:00PM | Friday: 5:00AM - 7:00PM | Saturday: 8:00AM - 1:00PM | Sunday: 2:00PM - 9:00PM
